Kris was born in Arizona after her family moved from Bakersfield, CA to Phoenix, AZ for her dad to program KNIX, a radio station owned by Country Artist Buck Owens. Growing up in the radio industry and having a steady diet of country music daily, Kris developed a passion for music and learned a lot about country music at a very young age. She has worked and lived in numerous cities such as: Savannah, Ga, Bakersfield, Fresno, Louisville, Ky, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Nashville. Kris and husband Matt have a daughter, Samantha, and two sons Cash and Jax. Kris enjoys cooking, gardening, sports, skeet shooting and dyi projects. She loves spending time with her family and has a passion for country music.
